Mike began his career in real estate with the purchase of his first investment property in 2001. In 2003 he merged his experience as a landlord with a career in real estate & commercial lending, where he helped secure mortgage financing for hundreds of individuals and families. In 2011, Mike joined the Dallaire Realty team to further his career as a real estate consultant where he has helped over 500 people in the NE Wisconsin area buy or sell a home, making him Dallaire Realty’s top producer since 2014. Having acquired over 50 residential, commercial and vacant land properties himself, he has accumulated an extensive knowledge of what it takes to successfully “flip” an investment purchase, with 15+ renovations and profitable sales under his belt. In addition to being a team mentor and sales coach at Dallaire since 2012, Mike is also grateful to have the opportunity to coach real estate agents from brokerages nationwide since 2016. These combined experiences allow him to provide a depth of knowledge and expertise that is unparalleled amongst others in the industry.
Mike grew up in NE Wisconsin and settled in Green Bay, where he began his studies at UWGB in 1994. Believing that education is a never-ending pursuit, he recently earned his Probate Specialist Certification in 2017, allowing him to best assist his clients who are forced into a transition during the most difficult of times. He helps his clients navigate an oftentimes painful process with his experience, empathy and acquired knowledge, while working with his admin team to ensure these sensitive transitions go as smoothly as possible. This level of care and concern best exemplifies the value Mike provides as someone who will treat you like family while helping conquer the various challenges that arise in all facets of a real estate transaction.
Aside from his extensive experience in real estate sales & financing, Mike is a dedicated family man who also serves his community by volunteering at his church, coaching various sporting events and serving as President of the Green Bay Monday Noon Optimist Club for 9 years. Passion & tenacity are words that best describe Mike’s attitude towards real estate and helping others purchase or sell a property, whether it be a rental property, office space, land to build or the perfect family home. Great examples of this passion are when he showed 9 properties on a day when he was hit with Bell’s Palsy, leaving half of his face paralyzed for 3 months, or writing 13 contracts for the same client until they got the winning offer in a very competitive market. His tenacity, knowledge, empathy and passion are qualities that make Mike stand apart from most other realtors, and have earned him high praise from his clients and colleagues alike.
